Enabling Advanced Information from PC-DMIS

If you are using any of these PC-DMIS versions, follow the steps below to enable advanced information from PC-DMIS:

  • PC-DMIS 2020 R1 up to Service Pack 3

  • PC-DMIS 2019 R2 Service Packs 3 – 6

  • PC-DMIS 2019 R1 Service Packs 7 – 9

  • PC-DMIS 2018 R2 Service Packs 9 – 11

  1. On your CMM computer, open the PC-DMIS Settings Editor from the start menu.

  2. Click the Connect button.

  3. Click the Find button.

  4. Type in “edgeclient” and click the Find Next button.

  5. Select and click EdgeClientNotifications, make sure the Current Value is set to the number 1, and click the Save then Close buttons.

    Note

    If PC-DMIS is running, you will need to Exit and restart.

  6. Disable PULSE PC-DMIS Monitoring.

    1. Find the following icon in your system tray area which is located at the bottom right of your screen.

    2. Right-click it and select Disable PC-DMIS Monitoring.

    3. Click Disable PC-DMIS Monitoring.
