Signing Up for an SFx Account
You can create your own organization to get started with SFx Asset Management. This can be done within the sign-up steps. Once an organization is created, all new user registrations with the same email domain are linked to this organization.
Sign up for the First User Account
If your organization does not have an SFx account for Hexagon Smart Manufacturing solutions, you can sign up for a new one as the first user account. See Signing up for an SFx Account.
Organization Exists
If one of your colleagues has created an SFx account, which means your organization exists already in Hexagon, you can request access from your Admins. See Signing up for an SFx Account (Step 4).
Alternatively, you can ask an existing user who has an SFx account to invite you to your organization. See Inviting New Users.
Generic Email Address
If you use a generic email address, such as @gmail, @hotmail, @aol, etc., please contact SFx Support. Our Support will create a new account and an organization for you and you'll be notified by email when the new account is ready. See Signing up for an SFx Account (Step 4).
Sign up for Another User Account
If your organization exists and now you want to create another one, you need to contact Hexagon Support. Our Support will create a new organization for you and you'll be notified by email when the new account is ready.
Tip
The user role of new accounts can be allocated by the Account Administrator role in your organization. See User Privileges for details.
Click Create an account on the login page of SFx Asset Management: https://login.hexagonsfx.com/Account/Login.
Click Get Started.
Complete your personal information, and click Next.
If you see this message, it means either of these situations happens:
You use a generic email address, such as @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, etc.
Resolution: Click Contact SFx for assistance. Then write down what you need in the Message box, and click Send.
SFx Support will create an account and an organization for you and you'll be notified by email when the new account is ready.
Or, your organization exists already.
Resolution: Click Request Access.
An email is sent to your Account Administrators to request your access. When approved, you'll be notified by email.
If not, skip this step and go to the next step.
Complete your organization information, and click Review Details.
Review the summary of your filled information, and click Next.
If you need to change any information, click Back.
Set your password and type it twice.
Select the checkbox I have read and agreed to Hexagon’s Terms and Conditions to accept the Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence Cloud Services agreement.
Click Verify Email.
You will receive an email in your inbox that contains a verification code sent by Hexagon.
Enter the verification code and click Continue. If you don’t receive one, click Resend Code.
On the Thank you page, click Sign In. Meanwhile, you will receive a congrats email from Hexagon.
