6. Optional: Redeeming a Voucher Code

A voucher code is a series of random characters that are generated and issued by Hexagon. It can be redeemed for a PRO subscription in SFx Asset Management. The subscription duration starts when a voucher code is redeemed.

Note

  • Only Account Administrators have permission to redeem a valid voucher code for a PRO subscription.

  • It's recommended to redeem a voucher code duly and assign the redeemed PRO subscription to an asset after onboarding.

To redeem a voucher code, do as follows:

  1. Log into the Metrology Asset Manager Portal as an Account Administrator.

  2. In the top left corner of the Home page, click on the image24.png icon to open the My Solutions side pane.

  3. Click on the Account Settings item at the bottom to enter the main screen.

  4. On the Subscriptions page, click the Redeem a Voucher button in the top right corner.

  5. In the pop-up dialog, find the voucher code you received, then copy and paste it into the input box.

  6. Click Submit.

    You’ll see a success message. A new PRO subscription has been created in your SFx account and can be assigned to your target asset. See Assigning a PRO or PRO Trial Subscription to Your Asset.
