Browsing Programs in Dashboard
Each time the Program Dashboard is opened, SFx Asset Management will automatically discover the programs that are newly started on all connected assets. After the discovery, all the discovered programs will be connected to the cloud and saved in the Program Dashboard.
SFx Asset Management provides you with the following two view modes to browse all connected programs in the ProgramsDashboard.
Card View (the default view)
Programs are ranked by a color sidebar indicating their running status: Red > Yellow > Green > Gray. See Program Status for details.
Card View
The Card View displays each program in a widget of the same size. When you click a widget, you will be navigated to the detailed view of a program. See Browsing a program in Detail for more information.
Compared with Table View, Card View shows each program’s properties in an expanded space, such as program name and the real-time status. Moreover, Card View has a better visual appearance than Table View.
To switch to Table View, click the icon at the upper-right corner of the Program Dashboard.
Table View
The Table View displays each program in a table row. When you click a program name, you will be navigated to the detailed view of the program.
Each row is collapsed by default. Click the icon in front of each row to expand it for browsing more properties of a program, such as the program image, the name of asset that it runs on, and the last file update time. To collapse the row again, click the
icon.
Compared with Card View, Table View uses less space, which makes it easier to compare and sort multiple programs without dragging the scrolling bar up and down.
To switch back to Card View, click the icon at the upper-right corner of the Program Dashboard.
Filtering Programs
If you manage a large number of programs in SFx Asset Management, you can quickly find your desired programs with filters.
In Card View or Table View, click the

Select one or more filters and click Apply to filter programs. See Supported Filters for details.
To clean up the filter result, click Clear.

icon on the Program Dashboard.
Select a property from the Sort By list. See Supported Sorting Conditions for details.
Note
The ranking order for some properties is pre-defined, such as Program Status.
Click Sort Z-A to sort programs alphabetically in descending order if you prefer.
To clean up the sorting result, click Clear.
Tip
In Table View, you can also click a table column to sort programs in ascending or descending order. Four columns are clickable, including Program, Last Run, Avg. Duration, and Type.
