Info

By default, the Event Log pane shows the events coming from all programs. When you go to the detailed view of a program, the Event Log pane only shows the events captured from the current program. See Program Event Logs for details.

Note

The Event Log pane in the Program Detail View only displays program events occurring within the last 24 hours if a program is running on a Lite asset. If you want to receive all program events, please upgrade your assets to PRO assets.

If there are numerous program events reported in the Event Log pane, you can filter them to find your desired events as follows:

To filter the events by status or source, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the image28.png icon in the Event Log pane.

  2. Select the status from the Status list.

  3. Select the source from the Source list.

    Tip

The Dimension source contains the events relevant to the measurement results (fail or pass) of dimensions measured by a program.

  4. Click Apply.

To filter the events occurring during a specified time span, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the image2.png icon in the Event Log pane.

  2. Specify the start date and time, and end date and time.

To clean up filter results, click Clear.

To timely receive an email notification or system notification for events related to specific programs, you can configure notifications. See Notification Management for details.
