Filtering and Sorting Assets
To quickly find targeted assets from a large number of assets in SFx Asset Management, you can easily utilize the various types of filters and sortings.
Filtering Assets
In Card View or Table View, click the
icon on the Asset Dashboard. By default, there are 6 filter conditions displayed.
Select one or more filters and click Apply to filter assets. Or click on the See All Filters link on the lower right to open the All Filters dialog, and then select one or more filters and click Apply to filter assets. See Supported Filters for details.
The following figure demonstrates how to search for assets with PRO subscription, Not installed Sensors, and on the Operating status.

Tip
You can start a fuzzy search by typing a keyword in the search box under the filter name of Asset Name, Plant, Location, Model, and Controller Model. The assets of which names contain the keyword are automatically listed.
You can change the display order of the filters. Click the
icon and drag the filters to adjust their locations, and then click Save.
You can search for assets of which Plant, Location, Model, and Controller Model property is null by selecting (Blanks) from the drop-down list. The (Blanks) option is only available when at least one asset is assigned with a null value of the selected property.
To reset the filters or clean up the filter result, click Clear.
