Certification Status

Certification status is used to identify whether an asset has been certified by Hexagon and as a useful reminder for operators to re-certify an asset on time. A certified asset can get support service and calibration service. This is an additional service provided by Hexagon Service Team.

Certification status indicators vary depending on the valid period of the Last Certification and Recommended Certification of each asset. You can catch a glimpse of the certification status of each asset on the Asset Dashboard and Asset Detail View.

Note

  • This feature is only available to assets with PRO or PRO Trial subscriptions.

  • For machine tools, there is no certification indicator provided.

The table below describes the icons that indicate the asset certification status.
