Sensor Status for Portable Arms

SFx Asset Management displays the icons of internal arm sensors in the Table View and Card View to indicate the real-time sensor statuses at a glance in the Asset Dashboard, including

  • Power Supply Status

  • IP54 Status

The table below lists the icons of different types of internal arm sensors.

As you see in the table above, the different background colors of a sensor icon represent different sensor statuses.

  • Green indicates OK status, which means the sensor is working properly, and the monitoring data is within the normal range.

  • Yellow indicates Warning status, which means the sensor has detected a warning event.

  • Red indicates Critical status, which means the sensor has detected a critical event or an error.

  • Grey indicates Unknown status, which means the sensor has lost connection with the cloud, and no data has been read out.

Tip

See Power Supply Status for more information.

IP54 Status

IP54 status represents if the ingress protection of the arm and its accessories complies with the IP5X (dust protected level) and IPX4 (water-proof level) standard.

Note

Only the portable arm model (RA8v2) complies with the IP54 standard.

  • IP54_Icon_Green.PNG Green indicates Compliant status, which means the hardware is compliant with the IP54 standard.

  • IP54_Icon_Red.PNG Red indicates Not Compliant status, which means the hardware is compliant with the IP54 standard. However, a certain accessory such as a probe (when the power plug is connected) is not compliant.

  • IP54_Icon_Grey.PNG Grey indicates Unknown status, which means the hardware has lost connection with the cloud, and no data has been readout.

  • IP54_Icon_NotCapable.PNG Grey with a slash indicates Not Capable status, which means the hardware is not compliant with the IP54 standard, or a user has deactivated the IP54 status for the hardware.
